Sunflower Days

Hello, all,

Here we are in the dog days of August. What better image to celebrate the hot weather than sunflowers, that take their name from the ultimate source of heat? I got out a few things to get started, mostly trays. The exception is this sign in the library on one of the bookcases:

We have three trays, two perfect to top side tables and one to corral things on the coffee table.

Also in the library, on top of a revolving bookcase table.

In the living room, on top of a metal basket, where using a tray gives it a surface to set down a drink or book.

Also in the living room, on the coffee table, temporarily without the normal ration of coasters, remotes and candy dishes so you can see the picture.
